Water Leaking Repair

We provide Water Leaking Repair by either Polyurethane (PU) Injection or by Waterproofing Membrane.

i. Polyurethane (PU) Injection

PU injection is an effective and economical waterproofing method that used to solve water leakage problems on flat roof, external wall and internal wall. PU has low viscosity and thus it’s easy to penetrate into the cracks or voids. No major hacking is required and only small holes will be drilled to inject the PU. The PU will be cured in very short time and transform from liquid to solid. After curing process, it retain its flexibility while prevent the water leak to continue flowing through the cracks or voids in concrete.

ii. Waterproofing Membrane

Waterproofing membrane basically a thin layer material that is watertight, strong, and high elasticity. It is used to lay over the surface to avoid water to seep into the structural slab and protect the building structures. The membrane is also flexible enough to take any shape which is good to use for the slab or wall. Generally, it divided into two types: sheet based membrane or liquid applied membrane. Sheet based membrane comes in roll form and the thin layer of water-tight membrane laid over the surface (top of the slab) which able to provide long durability and extend services life of the structure.  The liquid applied membrane is flexible and often applied quickly with hand or spray. It will form a solid membrane where there are no laps, welds, or seams after the curing process. The thickness of the liquid membrane can be controlled by varying the liquid amount.
